    Replay Chart different to Static charts

    Hi,
    I am noticing at 133 tick level that the charts I use to study after market and the charts I use to replay show data very differently, for example open and close prices on candles can be completely different, are there some settings that I should change to get them to look identical, and - which one represents the true market ?

      Could it be that you are using different data feeds?

        I have uploaded a couple of charts for you to compare.
        I use only the Mirus Zenfire feed
        The chart is the Russell 24 hour, However I only record from about 15 minutes before the start of the proper trading day but that should not affect the charts should it ?

          To double check:
          - you are on latest 6.5.0.8 or 6.0.1000.9. Please confirm.
          - one chart is as you opened it 15 mins before session start and the other chart is as you replayed your recorded data. Is that correct?

            Yes that is correct.
            If I close and reopen the charts they still look different in replay mode to normal.

              I have compared tonights charts after market close and I still have the same problem, any ideas ??

                    Josh,
                    I hope that you received the files ok.
                    Martins S very kindly sent me some replay files that he recorded on his computer.
                    I have compared them to my static charts and the same differences exist with the files that he recorded too.
                    Therefore I guess we could safely say that it is nothing to do with how the files are recorded on my particular computer,
                    hope this helps narrow down your investigation,

                      I received the files ok. Could you please go to Tools->Email to Support and attach your database for me? In the subject line put in "Attn: Josh" and mention this forum thread. Thanks for your help in this matter.

                        The database is way too big for me to send by email, is there an ftp site I could upload to or do you have any other suggestions?

                          The DB will not be sent by mail but uploaded to our servers -> no impact on your mailing system.
