Unable to conect to NT using public wifi

I am unable to connect to NT using public wifi since i am staying at a hotel for a few months. The problem shown as below:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem Signature 01: ninjatrader.exe
Problem Signature 02: 7.0.1000.10
Problem Signature 03: 4fd0ac13
Problem Signature 04: NinjaTrader.Core
Problem Signature 05: 7.0.1000.10

In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'd need a copy of the file named 'trace.20130303.txt'.

I'm NOT NT support, and have no clue why it's crashing...

but, what are your download and upload speeds on that public wifi/hotel?

My download speed indicates 4.10Mbps and upload 0.24Mbps.

That is really horrible. the down of 4 should be okay, but the up of .24 is the horrible part.


I'm hitting 9ms ping, 25 down/4.x up...

what was your PING?

I think NT can handle 3G data..but with your .24 UP, that's not even 3G...or 2.5G...


Email those logs to NT as requested, and hopefully they can help out.
