backtesting error

I looked (and I'm sure it's here somehwere but I couldn't find a thread on it) for support/suggestions on an error I get when I try to backest.

"Error on loading chart data for ES 12-12 Globex: Connection to data is busy or not available. Please try later"

I've used Ninja trader for a year (this week, actually) and I've never seen this error until... today.

Any help?

It generally means just that.

Have you tried to restart? I have the download manager tell me that after I had NT open for a long time (like weeks).. but a restart cleared things up.
