Orders resides?

The other day I saw a thread I believe on this forum or in help guide
listing brokers who support historical data, tick data and where each order is being held. I can not find it again and would like to review it.

Thanks for the reply. I also saw information about who offers historical data and who does not, in regards to tick data and just time minutes bars.
