Orders resides?

Hello
The other day I saw a thread I believe on this forum or in help guide
listing brokers who support historical data, tick data and where each order is being held. I can not find it again and would like to review it.
Thanks to any one who can direct me to the thread or link

Thanks for the reply. I also saw information about who offers historical data and who does not, in regards to tick data and just time minutes bars.
Can you please list the link for that as well
