Database not in DOM

I just loaded 3 new symbols today which I have not been using, GC-4-13, TF-3-13, and ES-3-13. I was already using C-4-13.I use Zenfire for my data.

All symbols worked fine this morning, Now however, I'm using the Replay connection and while all symbols will update their respective charts, none of the new symbols will display any level II data in the DOM. The symbol I was already using will, but not the new ones.

I already went into the tools -> options -> data -> Repair DB, but this didn't help. What else can I do?

Thank you for your post.

In order to record Level II data real time for these instruments you would be required to have a SuperDOM open for each instrument thru the trading day.

As opposed to recording data real time you may download Level I and Level II Market Replay data from our servers for the most popular Futures instruments by going to File-->Utilities-->Download Replay Data.
