says 1 position open - but no positions opened

my control center shows no positions.
I went to exit NT and a window popup says 1 position open

the orders tab shows my sell and buy filled for the day.

what does this mean?

Thank you for your post.

Can you please go to the Positions tab of the Control Center and verify you do not have any open positions currently listed.

If you are traidng into a Live account I suggest contacting your broker immediately to verify the account is flat.

If you are trading in simulation and do not show any open Postions please reset the simulator. Resetting a simulation account will clear all historical trade data from this account. Please follow the instructions below to reset a simulation account.

• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Simulator" tab
• Press the "Reset" button
