Live Account to Vision not selectable

Just bought a license and ready for live trading but the "Account" field is grayed out with "Sim101" with no option to change.

I Changed my NT License Key under Help pull down to the purchased license key you sent.
Created a new account connection to Vision using the id and pw from Vision to connect to my account.

Restarted NT (several times), the flash screen has both Simulation and Live checked.
Under About, I have "NinjaTrader 64-bit 7.0.1000.11 (Live)"

The green box in lower left corner of control panel window shows "Connected - Vision Financial Markets"

Here's the problem, in either the DOM or Chart Trader mode, the "Account" field is gray with no option to change from "Sim 101" to my account.

What am I missing?

Hello textheis,

Please go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode.

After this open up a SuperDOM window or Chart trader and you will be able to toggle between your Live account(s) and the Sim 101 account.
