Minute Charts not displaying?

I have an IB account with access to the North Amercian futures

I am not able to display any minute or daily charts for the SPX NDX ZC ZG ZS etc? ( I am able to get a daily chart for the SPX)

What do I need to do to get these charts to display?

Please check if you have TWS 877, the official supported version with NinjaTrader, installed. You can check this under Help-->About TraderWorkStation. You can download this version from the link below.

I have downloaded and installed TWS 877 and am still getting the same problem.

What is the version of NinjaTrader you are using? You can check under Help--> About

Also have you checked the log tab? Is there an error when you select one of the contracts?
