Sometimes a chart will just go completely white with a thin lined red X from corner to corner. Also I am intermittently unable to get a chart to populate at all even though the connection to my broker shows to be active. If I shut down my computer and restart Ninjatrader that will sometimes allow the chart to populate and sometimes not. I reinstalled NT but the same issues persist. Thanks for any help.
