Regarding Nikkei225 data

I am on demo account with amp futures(CQG) connection. This is my first time with nikkei225 future(NK). It seems that the NK chart doesn't receive stream of real-time data. hence the chart does not update itself. indicators like buysellpressure or buysellvolumeindicator which rely on real-time data show up blank on nikkei chart. I can't trade Nikkei either(NK,NKD,NKY,NU)
.However the chart will update with latest data/candlestick when I close down the application and reconnect to CQG. Other more common instruments like Cl,6E's charts work fine.
When i tried with zen-fire connection, NKD and NKY are tradeable. but all nikkei charts are stagnant as well

Hello fordshimus,

Likely these instruments are not included as per your CQG demo connection. Please contact the broker that provided the demo connection and check if the instruments in questions are included.

You load historical data because historical data is loaded from our server, which does include the NK.
