ESignal & daily charts with forex

Greetings,
I have get ESignal for real time in forex.
But I cannot watch daily charts.
This message appears:
Error-104 on requesting bars.

Could you help me ?

Please try reloading the data by going to Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload.

Then attempt to open the charts once more.

Sorry, but this doesn't work.

In Tools/Account Connections -> ESignal -> Daily server host , is set to blanks. If I write "CM*.esignal.Com" into "Daily server host" then I cannot connect to real time. I fill "Tick server host" only.
I think that if I get ticks I should receive daily bars.

I subscribed the ESignal promotion because IB offers an insufficient historic. To all appearances ESignal isn't the solution.

Please verify with eSignal that you are subscribed to Daily data.
