Kinetick Connection Lost

Hello,

I experience a connection loss with Kinetick today. The way I resolved it was to disconnect from Kinetick and then reconnect. Was this the correct way to approach the issue? Also I would like to know what the problem was as I don't wish for this to be a common occurrence. I have included a screenshot of the log.

Hello,

In order to determine exactly what caused this, we will need to log and trace files.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20130222.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.20130222.txt’
