    Order Qty Not correct

    Hi,

I tried putting an order using SuperDOM with order size as 2 contract but the actual order defaults back to 1 contract. I tried everything from 2 to 7 but every time it went out as 1 contract only. It is not a leverage issue as I was able to place the same order through IB TWS.

More over say 1 contract represents 2000 shares. I could see 2000 share in the superDOM window but if i tried modifying to from there, the up and down arrow was modifying the size in increments of 1 that translates into 2001,2002 shares which is wrong share size for the contract. Up and Down arrows should change the size in multiples of 2000 like 2000, 4000 etc

Surprisingly, I can not see Static superDOM in the Control Center New Menu !! What am I missing? I used to have Static superDOM all along. I paid for license yesterday and it vanished ??

    Kindly reply.

    Hello,

To save order Quantity, use the ATM Strategies. This will save the quantity.

The Arrow buttons modify based on Asset Class selected. For Futures the arrow keys will adjust by 1, Stocks by 100 shares. Forex generally moves one standard lot unless your Forex broker changes this.

For more information on the Static SuperDOM, please contact our Sales Team

      Thanks for your prompt reply.

I did not understand your reply to my first question. I am not selecting any ATM strategy in the SuperDOM, change the quantity to 2 contracts in Order Qty field and go out and place the order. It still places order only for 1 contract only. Why would that be?

I understand that arrow should move the order size up/down by 1 for Futures. But then it should not display the number of shares in the contract as order size. It is thinking that I placed and order for 2000 contracts and moving it up down by 1. 2000 is the number of shares in the contract. This is definitely wrong treatment of contract size !
