Horizontal lines

right click in the space to the right of the right axis
select properties, change horizontal line spacing value from 0 (automatic) to 10
the values on the right axis disappear
whats happening ? can I achieve what I want to do?

What instrument are you viewing on your chart that you make this change to?

What is the 'Horizontal grid lines interval type' set to? Ticks or Points?

Ah yes, very good well spotted
its 6e was on points, i guess in that context it like 1000 tiks
so i set it to tiks
and scaling on auto
and of course now it works
