Time & Sales Time Prints do not match Exported data sometimes

Hi,

I just wanted to bring to your attention that Time & Sales Time Prints do not always match the Exported data. I noticed it in pre-market this morning on CYCC.

My time & sales chart reported the first two trades of the 8 am central hour as 7:51:27am when they actually occured after 8 am central as shown on the exported data and the chart once it was reloaded.

Oh, sorry, I'm using Kinetick subscription data and default 24/7 session template.

Sounds like you may have delayed data, at least for that instrument. Can you check the Log tab of the Control Center and see if there are any messages that say that the data is delayed?

Well, I got the data at the time it says on the Exported Data but the Time & Sales Window just re-used the last time print instead of the actual true time print. It may be because I switched to another workspace and then came back. Hey, why doesn't the Time & Sales window update like the chart does when I'm in another workspace?

Yes, that'd be the case. The T&S only updates on the active workspace and this is for performance reasons.
