Missing historical data (Kinetic end of day)???

Hi there,

It's entirely possible I have misunderstood or overlooked something, but I'm just scratching my head with an issue here. Wonder if someone can set me straight

I have downloaded historical data and attempted to export it, via NT7, for natural gas futures.
Hopefully the screenshot will help explain my issue (the issue being lack of data):

Btw my data settings - I have tried altering the "merge, do not merge/adjust" etc.

I'm sure I will be kicking myself for stupidity after one or two replies to this thread!

Hello spearchew,

The NG rolls over monthly so each contract month will only have around 25 days worth of data.

By setting the merge policy to DoNotMerge, then downloading the historical data for just that contract month, you will receive for historical data for that contract month. Please not that during most of this time it was not the current contract month and should have low volume.

i am , and previously was, set to do not merge policy.

problem solved.

I changed my CPU clock settings to go back 1 year. This allowed me to select "older" future contract delivery months + download to my hearts content.
