running strategies in market analyzer (just to see a green or red background...)

Hi:

How can I run (well, it does not have to actually run so much as to show an indication with a green background for currently long and at what price/time or red for currently short and at what price/time)?

Basically, I would like to run multiple strategies and have them all display current conditions in the Market Analyzer or something that would effectively give me those results...

Also, would like for the MA to only show current longs or shorts and hide others that are not currently long or short.

Thank you for your post.

The Market Analyzer does not show Strategy values or positions. You would need to create a Strategy that wrote to an external file and then an Indicator that read this information and used the values for it's own so that it could be used within the Market Analyzer.

Hmmm...what if I were to simply run the strategies in the Strategies tab and then ran MA with the Column fields for Position Size and Position Avg price (I believe that would give me a green and red background on the Position Size...

Then, is there a way to have it only display instruments that have a Position on in the Position size column, otherwise the instrument would be hidden?

It is only possible to filter out rows in columns but not entire rows including the instrument.
