First, please contact your broker immediately to manage the open positions as they are the only party who can take direct action on your account.
After you've spoken with your broker, contact me via email: Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com.
In your note include a link to this forum thread, the full text of any error you see when attempting to connect and a copy of your Config file from the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service
