DOM now ignores ATM strategy...

    DOM now ignores ATM strategy...

    I rolled over the CL contract today and now my Static DOM does not recognize my ATM Strategy. Only 1 contract executes and no thing other than the entry occurs...no stops, no targets..nadda...please help!

    I have tried going in and changing the rollback date to the 16 th instead of the 19th and I have restarted ninja and I have opened a new DOM ...what am I missing ? thank you

    Hello enhancer,

    Please disconnect from your provider, reset the instruments, repair the database and restart NinjaTrader.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

    Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

    Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    Select the "Data" tab
    Press the "Repair DB" button
    Press the "OK" button

      ChristopherS - thank you for speedy response! I am halfway thru instructions. May I ask why it is necessary to repair the database?

        Hi ChristopherS - I have completed the set of instructions and DOM is still ignoring my ATM strategy.

        Any further ideas?

          Hello enhancer,

          Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log and trace files

          Please place 'Attn:Chris S' in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

          You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

          * The log file will be named 'log.20130219.txt'

          You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

          * The trace file will be named 'trace.20130219.txt'
