Creating a new instrument

I´ve created an instrument, but cannot load a chart related to it.
The error message I get says it did not find the instrument.
I´ve checked the symbol for it on the kinetick website and it matches what I´ve put on the created instrument. The only thing that does not match is the exchange, which is BMF, and is not included on the drop down list of exchanges.

Can you please tell me what instrument you are trying to load.

What exchange did you enable instead?

I´ve tried to create instruments on INDJ13 and IND#, both traded at BMF. In lieu of BMF, I´ve picked Default and Globex.

Can you please just enable the Default exchange. I was able to load data using the settings in the attached screenshots.

I am not sure what point value and tick size this instrument uses, so I left it on the default settings.

what I do not understand is this: the kinetick website shows as symbol "ind#". How come creating an instrument on "ind" works?

"IND" is the symbol. # and J13 refer to the expiry month, continuous and 04-13.
