Problem with chart data displaying.

Hello. I've encountered such a problem: NT does not display all the data that are available (in Historical data manager).

I'll try to explain more particularly:

I saw that the data for F2MX (MDAX Futures, Eurex) for 2/14/2013 doesn't appear on my chart. There were data for 2/13/2013 and for 2/15/2013. I've opened Historical Data manager, where I saw that the data for 2/14/2013 are available there. After I've closed and reopened NT all the data for F2MX were displayed on the chart.

What have I do to prevent such problems subsequently?

P.S. I use two data providers (Zen-Fire and IQFeed), because Zen-Fire doesn't provide historical data for all list of instruments that I need.

Hello,

What order do you connect to your data feed? You will want to ensure that you connect to your live data provider first and historical data provider second.

Next please right click on your chart -> reload historical data.

These steps when taken together should resolve the issue and should stop it from re-occurring.
