How can I open a static DOM? I can find the dynamic just fine but don't see any option to choose a static DOM.

Most connections allow you to enable the Static SuperDOM, however when you switch to the Static SuperDOM you may be subject to TT credits. Also please note the Static SuperDOM is only available for use with futures.
