Loading SLV on chart

I can't seem to find SLV (silver etf) in the "Instrument Manager" how can I find it? I have no problem loading GLD (gold etf) from "Instrument Manager" and into chart

Thank you for your note.

To add this:

• Select an open chart.
• Type 'SLV' directly into the chart and hit the enter key.
• This will load the SLV instrument to the chart and also add the instrument to the Master Instrument list in the Instrument Manager.

The instrument is now added to the master instrument list. Please follow the instructions below if you want to add this instrument to an instrument list.

• Select the instrument list you wish to add the instrument to via the "Instrument lists" drop down list in the upper left hand corner
• Press the "<" button to add the instrument to the list
• You are now complete and can press the "OK" button.

If you are unable to load the instrument please let me know the following:

• Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
• What interval is selected on your chart?
