Chart Trader Questions

I have a few questions about Chart Trader:

1. Can I place two distinct orders (say two longs, or two shorts) on the same chart? If not is there any way to go about this.

2. I am connected to Kinetick as well as to my IB simulation account. How to I get to choose my IB account in Chart Trader instead of Sim101. Sim101 is grayed out and I can't access the pulldown menu.

3. How do I get to not have any audio feedback (the woman's voice) when entering/exiting etc. For that matter, how does one manage all the audio in NinjaTrader? I want to disable some nasty sounds that happen when popup alerts appear. They always scare the heck out of me...

Hello Martin,

1) Yes, this is possible in NinjaTrader. You may want to contact your broker prior to placing such trades on a live account. Please see the video in link below for further information on setting this up in NinjaTrader.

2) Make sure your Live license is entered under Help -> License Key, then go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode.

After this open up a SuperDOM window or Chart trader and you will be able to toggle between your Live account(s) and the Sim 101 account.

3) Please go to Tools > Options, and in the General tab under Sounds, uncheck all the boxes that apply.
