Multi-Broker connection

If I get a multi-broker license, Will the accounts from each broker show up in the drop down list on the DOM?

In other words, can I trade with more than one broker simultaneously, but different charts/instruments with each broker.

I am not trying to place the same trade with two brokers. So I would need the ability to choose broker/account in each DOM/chart.

Multiple Connections
NinjaTrader supports multiple simultaneous connections to different connectivity providers and in some cases, to the same connectivity provider allowing you to:

•Connect to and trade through multiple brokers simultaneously


Still not clear. Does this mean the same trade will be executed with each broker, or like I want, individual charts/DOM's trading with different broker.

I prefer certain brokers for certain instruments, and other brokers for other instruments.

Yes, with a mutli broker license key you will be able to connect to multiple brokers in NinjaTrader at the same time.

You will then have access to the accounts you are connected to in NinjaTrader.

You will then select the account that you want to place the order on.

With multi-broker license, is it possible to just use one data feed while trading with multiple brokers?

Example: CQG data feed, placing trades from one chart with broker #1, placing trades from another chart with broker #2.

Hi mattstraw,

One connection to each brokerage would be required, however provided that you connect first to CQG all real-time and historical data for futures should originate from that connection.

Does 'Flatten Everything' from the drop down closes all the positions across multiple brokers ?

It will flatten all open positions and cancels all working orders across all connected accounts.
