    some data missing

    Dear, support,

    I have a problem.
    The chart data from 15.30 12.02.2013 till 11.30 13.02.2013 is missing.
    ES03-13
    Is it possible to fix this?
    Thanks!

    P.S.

    Now it is showing just the last candle .

    Hello sasha1,

    Unfortunately there are issues with the historical data server. For some reason, connection cannot be established, so no historical data can be loaded.

    We are looking into the issue. As soon as there is information, I will post it at the forum thread below.

      Our server team was able to reroute our Historical Data Server to a redundant server this morning. Please restart NinjaTrader and reconnect to your data connection for these changes to take effect.


      Once you have restarted, you should be able to reload your charts and the missing period will be backfilled.
