No ATM Strategy in Dynamic Super DOM?

I wish to place an order in the Dynamic Super DOM but it does not allow me to preselect an ATM strategy that I set up in the Static Super DOM - or select or create any strategy. I am not using the static version because it does not allow me to select that far away from what is showing.

Also in the Control Center 'Orders' section I can order but it wont let me place a stop price

What happens when you try to use/create an ATM Strategy on the Dynamic SuperDOM?
Do you receive an error and if so what does it say?

Additionally you can scroll beyond the last traded price on a Static SuperDOM by right clicking on the SuperDOM and unchecking Auto Center
After placing your order you could then re enable auto center or click the C button to recenter the last traded price.
