Order execution IB

I use a NT script for automated trading at IB. I use the unmanaged SubmitOrder command to sent a market order to IB. Normally the order gets the states PendingSubmit, Accepted, Working and Filled within 1 second. My last order did get the PendingSubmit state at 18:14:20. At 18:15:56 I got the message that the order was processed and the order got the status Accepted, Working and Filled. Is there a way to find out why it took 1 min 26 sec before the status PendingSubmit turned into the status Accepted, because that delay is unacceptable for only a market order. As far as I can see there was no network problem, IB was up and running and had connection. Please advice.

I'd suggest looking at your TWS logs to see if you can determine what time it hit their platform. You can also contact IB support and ask them what time they show the order hitting. This should help you track down where the issue occurred.
