connecting to mb trading

Hi,

I'm MB trading user.
I want to run a strategy that alerts me for trading opportunities.
The problem is that I can't have both NinjaTrader and MBT desktop work in parallel.
i.e. when I open MBT desktop while NinjaTrader is on, then NinjaTrader is disconnected from MBT because of only 1 user is allowed to be connected.

Is anyone here has experience with that ?

Welcome to our forums.

This is expected behavior as the NT connection uses the MBT Navigator window for the connection and this cannot be ran at the same time as MBT Desktop.

So, is there any other way that I can run strategy on real time without being connected to MB Trading ?

If you're trading to an MBT account, it is required that MBT navigator window be open for NinjaTrader to connect.
