When an account is setup, the password is stored with the account. Is there any way to change this so that every time I choose to connect to a broker, I will be prompted for the password?

This will depend on your broker - can you please clarify who you're using?

In the case of CQG/AMP, there would not be an option for it to prompt you for your password each day. The connection settings will remember the password you had set during the setup process.
