IB Connection Data Feed

Hi,

I actually have a ninja trader single license account that I own. I was using my live license with CQG broker but I am considering IB as my future broker. I wanted to try out a demo account for IB but I couldn't figure out an easy way to open a demo account with Interactive Brokers. I understand that I have to download TWS and configure it in order to use ninja trader but I would just like to know a) how do I use my license key to work with IB and b) how do I open a demo account with IB ?

In terms of the demo with Interactive Brokers, you will want to contact IB directly: http://interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=4700

In terms of using your existing key with IB, I will need you to contact me via email. Please send a note to Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com.

Eurex Data

Hello,

I have been missing my EUREX Data from 9:44 CET Time. Is any holiday or problem with Data from Zen-Fire? Moreover, data was missing from open at 8.00 to 8:15.

Hello mavels,

We could reproduce the issue upon testing Zen-Fire. There was no real-time data for Eurex instruments such as FDAX, FESX and FGBL. Historical data is loaded up to 3:45 AM ET.

We received real-time data again as of 4:27 AM ET (4:29 AM for the FDAX). Historical started to record at that time as well.

We are checking with development if we can backfill the missing data.
