need guidance with market replay

Would it be possible for someone walk me through the steps to download yesterdays ES data. (or any day) in ticks, so that I can replay it in normal time and sim trade it to work out a couple details with my strategy? Or maybe direct me to somewhere that has the instructions to do this. Thanks
