Limited historical data download for MBTrading

Hi,

Just late last week, I experienced problem downloading Forex minute historical data beyond the recent 4 months ie. I can only see data up to last Aug 2012 on my chart (although it has been set to load for 365 days). I also tried the Historical Data Manager to download beyond Aug and it failed.

I've tried 2 different currencies - CADJPY and AUDCAD and both had the same result. I've also tried deleting the minute branch in the Historical Data Manager, before downloading. It did not help.

I did not have such problem the week before.

BTW, I am using MBTrading live account.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
