ESignal Connectivity Problem

Hello All,

I have been sending mails quite frequently to Ninja support but no one is able to assist me in getting started.

I use ESignal data feed and Iam trying to configure my data connection for displaying the futures data . But I keep getting blank data/chart.

My datafeed is for NSE (Equities & Futures).I have attached a sample of my codes with this post. The data has been loaded but Iam unable to get the chart.I have been unsuccessful so far.

Awaiting quick response.Iam quickly losing hope of this software.
