Hour Market Replay connection

Hello, when I use the Market Replay connection, always starts at 6:00 pm local time GMT +1 and I would want to start at 0:00 pm, as I can do?

The Market Replay Controller time will always start when it first has data based upon your Local PC time. Our Development team is considering be able to set a start time for the Market Replay Controller for future releases of NinjaTrader.

I think my problem is when I get the data from "download replay data" I have only from 00:00 to 17:15 this day, GMT +5, or 6:00 to 23:15 GMT +1 the other rest of the day I haven't.... the instrument is ES 03-13, as I can get the data 24 hours a day?

What day are you downloading data for on the ES 03-13?

When you are connected to Market Replay -> Right click the replay controller -> Available data... -> Here you will be able to see the available data for the given day. Replay's are downloaded based on Eastern time (UTC -5). So if you were to download data for the 30th, your available data would show some on the 30th and some on the 31st.
