    no data connection zenfire

    Hi,

    last night our NT7 had stopped.
    On re-starting NT it showed all our graphs thatwe had open but there is no connection.

    It gives this message; http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...1&d=1359797312

    Can you help out?

    Hello Rob,

    Generally, this means that there is a problem with your username and password or your demo account has expired.

    You may want to check with your broker to double check the username/password to your account and make sure it is active.

    If everything matches up and the issue persists let us know.
