zenfire connection problems

Hello!

Today i am experiencing massive connection problems with zenfire. It first started some secondes after nonfarm payrools release where ninjatrader completly crashed. Since then every time the market makes a fast move the connection goes down and comes up again.

Has anybody else the same problems?

Do you have any Anti-VIrus or Firewall software?

Are you on a Wired or Wireless connection?

If you have not yet, please restart your PC and any other Network hardware such as modems or routers.

Wired connection in business environment, Windows Firewall disabled, NOD32 Antivirus.

As i have read in other threads there is maybe a routing problem from europe.

I have checked the zenfire trace log but there is less information given what is causing the connection drops. It only says "AlertInfo : ||Market Data Connection Broken|ConnectionBroken|MarketData|0". It would be nice if you could make the zenfire logs be more verbose.

Where are you located and who is your ISP?

Hello,

located in austria and my ISP is www.kabelplus.at. Next time i run into problems with zenfire i will try to find out more about the oversea routing. Today it works without any problems so far.
