60 min chart glitch

Hi,

I've noticed over the past year a minor glitch that occurs with the charts in ninjatrader. Sometimes if I load a chart before premarket and then there is a premarket print, a new bar is not formed, the print is just added to the last bar of the previous day. I've only noticed it with premarket, during the regular trading day it never happens. I use default 24/7 session template. Could you pass this onto development to look into.

So that I can replicate it at my end can you please let me know:

• On which instrument you witnessed this scenario.
• What timeframe you were watch (minute / tick / range / etc etc chart)
• At what time you witnessed the scenario.

Also can you please post any screenshot of the scenario you are facing.

Hi, It happens alot, once a week or so. Remember the chart has to be loaded and sitting on the screen open before premarket.

It just happened with ROSG, February 1,2013. There was a print at 7:54:06 am of 4.60/300 shares and that information was added to the 2-3 pm 60 minute bar from the day before, 1/31/2013. I simply reloaded all historical data when I saw it and it goes back to the correct representation of the data.

I'm sorry, I don't have a screenshot of it as I fix it as soon as it happens by reloading the data.
