Help, I cannot get data for Crude (CL) on Globex

I followed directions I found in the forum and removed Nymex for CL and checked the Globex box and then added it to my default instrument list, but I cannot get any CL data. In the orders tab it has n/a for all prices.

I'm using zenfire as my primary connection and IQFeed as my 2nd.

I can get historical data on a chart, but not real time. so it seems IQFeed is giving me the data but not zenfire..

cunparis, for ZenFire you would need the Nymex as exchange for CL. The default maps should just work, so if you are on latest NT7 R11, please disconnect from any feed, reset instruments under Tools > Options > Data, restart NT7 fresh and reconnect / recheck then on the 03-13 contract.

I reset and restarted and it works. Not sure why because I had nymex before but now it works properly.

I spoke too soon. I restarted my PC and now I'm not getting CL data. I have only Nymex in the exchange list.

Any other ideas? I get data for all other instruments.

Can you try re-adding the CL 03-13 with the Nymex selected fresh to the list? Would you then get data again?
