Trouble connecting to CQG 5:45 ET.

Hello,
Please restart your PC, modem and router then try the connection again. If the issue remains, please contact me by email: Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com
In the message, include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of today's trace file.
The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
I would need a copy of the 'trace.20130131.txt' file.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

So I am able to connect but then connection lost. I can't download data when I'm connected.
When I finally connected NT shows executions with the entry and exit name of External. Essentially NT repeated orders that were made earlier in the day. So it has doubled my PnL. I was able to remove these erroneous entries before. This is done from the main Executions tab and not from the Account Performance Executions tab, correct? My main Executions tab is empty...
