Historical Data - Failed to load for TF

Hi
--
Since a couple of days i am having serious trouble getting historical data for TF.
--
I already reinstalled NT and tried all other recommended procedures like resetting the Data.
--
The message that I will get when attempting to get data for longer periods like 200 days
is: ""error on loading data for TF 06-12 Nybot: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. please try again later."
I am using the right contracts and everything else is also right.
I never had that kind of problem for the last two years.

Hello pb,

This message indicates that you were disconnected from the historical data server.
You may restart NinjaTrader and try to see if you can get the data.

Let us know if the issue persists.

i have done that for like 200 times... it doesnt work... i already had live support from zenfire and still it doesnt work... it drives me crazy... hehe

You may try resetting your router and modem (Note sometimes they are the same unit) to help try to resolve this issue by viewing the instructions on the link below.
