Error Loading chart (Interactive Brokers)

A message tells me:
Error on loading chart data for 'NTAP Default' : Interactive Brokers: Error in requesting historical data from IB:Nessuna definizione di sicurezza? stata trovata per la richiesta(200)

precise with the platform IB see the graph.
How do I fix it?

Hello Roberto,

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

What build of TWS are you using? You can check in TWS by going to Help > About Trader Workstation and scrolling down to build.

In NinjaTrader please go to Tools > Instrument Manager, search for NTAP, select it and click Edit. Then in the Instrument Manager window go to the Misc tab and scroll down to the Symbol map section. What is set for the symbol map with Interactive Brokers?
