Hello,

when there is eg an 8-Range-Bar-Chart in the workspace and NT is connected already to broker (fxcm) and chart is working fine with actual data of the day and then (later on same day) one add a 5-Range-Bar-Chart to the workspace -does NT load historical data to this added 5-Range-Chart (as it would be the one and only chart in this workspace) or is there no loading of historical data because data is already on PC/NT/Workspace/memory?

The behavior that will be in this case is same for all dataseries (minute, tick, range)?

Tony, historical data loaded is stored in the local database / memory, so if you have a request for a chart type build from the same source data (tick in your case here), it would be taken from local sources - however the current day portion will always be reloaded from the servers.
