I installed NinjaTrader last year, but did not have time to play with it. I uninstalled - but it appears that it did not do so correctly.
I tried to install, but can not do so. I get an error message saying there is a previous installation.
I try to go to the control panel and uninstall. It can not find a file required for the uninstall process.
I emailed support, but it appears they did not read it as their response started by telling me going to the control panel to uninstall. SEE SENTENCE ABOVE - IT DON''T WORK!
I did the rest of the items, plus removed all references to Ninja in the Windows registry.
Still unable to install Ninja trader.
Any suggestions or thoughts?
