No data loading for chart!

I don't have any data when i try to load the Euro Yen symbol is J on my charts.
i can load the USDJPY symbol is 6J

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What contract month is selected?

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

contract month is 03-13
I get no errors. just says loading for a few seconds then blank chart.

Hello Federali,

Please disconnect from Zen-Fire, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

still no luck. i tried different TF. i also removed it from my Instrument panel and added it back.

In the message, please include the following:

2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the trace file by going to the My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.20130128.txt

The log file will be located by going to the Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.20130128.txt
