Mirus Futures Zen-Fire connection error

Hello,

I have installed this morning NinjaTrader in a new place where I work.
My broker is Mirus Futures and uses Zen-Fire as technology provider.

Every time I try to login, I get the same error message :

Login failed: Unable to login (13): permission error

I guess I have to ask the IT to open the ports for NinjaTrader as we are behind a corporate firewall.

Can you please give me the ports specifications for my connection?

We just allowed the following prots (found in another thread) :
64100
65000
56000
45454

Now, I don't get therror message anymore, but the connection status remains "Connecting - Zen-Fire" endlessly.

Hello rdaune, could you please email us via Help > Mail to Support from this corporate install so we could review those diagnostic files generated?

I tried to send an email to support via NinjaTrader but I got the following error message :
Failed to send mail No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 72.232.148.211:25

Anyway, I sended traces and logs for today via email.
