zenfire - missing eurex data from friday

Hello!

Eurex data from friday is missing.

As this happens every now and then it would be nice to have some workaround. It is really frustrating if you are not able to start your trading day because of missing data

As i am using a zenfire connection why does ninjatrader connect to your data server (64.202.118.181) on startup? The documentation says that zenfire has its own historical data....

Good morning Walter, in this connection setup the NinjaTrader data server records the ZenFire live data for backfill purposes. There is unfortunately a known limitation, resulting in Friday's data could be missing until the first server maintenance is run today - thus please reload your data in about an hour and then recheck. This is on our development team's list to look into, for now a workaround for example would be have a backup 3rd party datafeed as well.

Thank you for the information.

It would be nice if you could schedule the server maintenance before the eurex opening. As for today i could not do any trades because charts are all useless. In this business downtime costs a lot of money...

Furthermore it would be really nice if you could offer some bug reporting system (for example bugzilla) so users get some feedback when problems/bugs are fixed.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, have added them to our enhancement tracking lists in product management. I've just reloaded data, and Friday should be available again.
