Failed to execute DB job

How can I resolve the following error message?

Failed to execute DB job 'MasterInstrumentUpdateJob': ObjectSpace: Entity Object not being Tracked.

Hello,

Are you able to reproduce this error? If so, what steps are you taking to generate this message?

Are you adding an Instrument to a list? Or adding it to a chart?

I do not know why the error is happening, thus could not reproduce this error intentionally.
I reloaded and messed with historical data. It has since gone away after I restarted the program a couple times.
