CQG doesnt backfill chart with Data

I am going to look further into the NQ, and TF instruments and I will get back with you.

Edit: I can confirm that there is missing data for the NQ 09-13 between 08-02-2013, TF 09-13 between 08-02-2013, and FDAX 09-13 before 08-02-2013.

If you are missing data for any other instruments please let me know the instrument and the dates that the data is missing for.

We are looking into this and will update you when we have more information.

I'm still unable to get historical data loaded for the missing days.

NQ (09-13) from Aug 2nd 4:15pm til 4pm Aug 6th.
and about the same with TF

Hello Everyone,

Update on the Historical Data. The missing Historical Data will be restored this weekend during the maintenance period so when connecting on Sunday you should be able to get all of the missing Historical Data.
