Order entry exit voice messages

How does one eliminate the voice messages on order entry and exit, etc. I uncheck the boxes in options, general settings and it eliminates the voice. When I shut off and restart Ninja the voice is back and I have to uncheck them again.

The situation sounds like the config file is not able to successfully save your settings after closing NinjaTrader. This may have something to do with another program currently scanning/backing up the config file.


I would like to investigate the situation more closely.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Ryan L." in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) A copy of your latest trace file:
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

3.) A copy of your config file.

• You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
• (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
